On the afternoon of May 5, Huahong Technology held a production safety and environmental management meeting. Through this meeting, the concept of walking on thin ice and facing the abyss was deeply rooted in the hearts of every manager, so that they could manage with responsibility and use blood lessons to arouse the awareness of every employee to protect life and cherish health, and educate every employee not to violate regulations, not to have a work attitude of taking chances and being afraid of trouble, and to follow standards and specifications to do a good job in safety and environmental protection. Through cultivation, guidance, and penetration, everyone has realized that safety and environmental protection are not only for the company, but also for themselves and for the happiness of our family. The meeting was chaired by Xu Yufeng, director of the Human Resources and Administration Department, and all middle and senior management, workshop directors and deputy workshop directors, all staff of the safety department, and team leaders attended the meeting.

Pan Zhengqing, director of the Safety Department, proposed the "four musts" preventive management for the current safety management issues:
First, we must firmly establish the idea of "safety first, prevention first". This is the working principle of safety production and the experience summary of long-term safety production work. It must be implemented without compromise, and the working principle of "safety first, prevention first" must be raised to a certain level. We must deeply realize that grasping safety is grasping development, grasping safety is grasping efficiency, and in daily production, we must abide by the laws and regulations related to safety, strengthen safety production management, establish and improve safety production systems, improve safety production conditions, and ensure safety production;
Second, we must increase the number of accidents The investigation and rectification of hidden dangers, prevention of various accidents, and prevention of production safety must be normalized. We must earnestly implement production safety inspections. Safety inspections are an effective means to implement responsibilities, standardize management behaviors, discover accident hazards, reduce "three violations", and eliminate accidents in the bud;
Third, we must strengthen publicity and training education, strictly implement three-level safety education, ensure that employees have the necessary production safety knowledge, are familiar with relevant production safety rules and regulations and operating procedures, and master the safe operation skills of their positions. Personnel who have not passed production safety education and training are not allowed to work;
Fourth, we must implement local management, and the person in charge of each local area is the first person in charge of safety responsibility in the area under their jurisdiction. Responsible for the area of responsibility under management, regardless of internal and external management, only local management. We must establish that I am responsible for my safety in my territory, and I am responsible for your safety. We must treat the territory as our own home and manage it well.

As responsible persons for safety, Zhu Minghong, deputy director of the Equipment Management Department, Gu Chengkang, director of the General Workshop 1, and Chen Hao, safety officer of the General Workshop 1, conducted safety analysis on the responsible production site, reflected on and summarized the problems encountered in the work, and also expressed their firm determination for future safety management. They will carry out safety work at all times, in all matters, and everywhere with a high sense of responsibility and a serious and responsible work attitude. Adhering to the principle of "safety first, prevention first", we are familiar with safety knowledge, actively carry out safety education activities, improve safety awareness and self-prevention awareness, and prevent safety accidents.

Production Director Cao Yu proposed the following safety prevention work: starting from the production site, doing a good job in the basic work of "6S" management, carrying out safety management work according to the "6S" management requirements, and achieving safe production by ensuring the safety of "things" and "people". First of all, systematically and comprehensively learn safety management knowledge and arm your brain with knowledge. Experience is important, but only experience plus scientific management knowledge can be a magic weapon for doing a good job in safety management. Secondly, managers should attach great importance to and respect safety production management, and should attach importance to safety production management as much as they attach importance to their own lives. Finally, safety production management requires the transfer of knowledge. Safety production cannot be done well and in place by one person. Therefore, while improving ourselves, we must lead the workshop and team well and pass on the essentials to every employee.

Remember that there is no family affection or friendship in safety, only regulations. Don't make a big mistake because of indulgence. Lu Jiandong, deputy director of the after-sales service department, proposed the following safety management measures for the after-sales service department:
1. Conduct three-level safety education for all new employees, strengthen the safety awareness of equipment operators and maintenance personnel, and firmly establish the idea of "safety first, prevention first";
2. Due to the changeable on-site working environment and many uncertain factors, in addition to the three-level safety education, all dispatched service personnel must organize safety theme meetings and conduct safety training according to the actual situation of the installation and maintenance site. Usually, we use the phone and WeChat contact group to do more safety education to improve the safety awareness of all dispatched service personnel;
3. Before service work, we should check in detail whether the tools used are safe and reliable, understand the site and environment, and choose a safe position before working;
4. After-sales service personnel should pay attention to traffic safety on the way to and from, concentrate on work, and operate correctly and in a standardized manner; clarify their job operation responsibilities, identify the source of danger, conduct more inspections, and the relevant person in charge should strengthen guidance;
5. When hoisting is involved in equipment installation and maintenance, after-sales service personnel must stand in a safe position, standardize operations, pay attention to safety at all times, and do not violate regulations;
6. All after-sales service personnel must seriously study labor protection knowledge, improve labor protection awareness, and wear and use labor protection supplies as required;
7. For those who refuse to change after repeated education and violate regulations, they will be dealt with seriously in accordance with the company's management system and will never be tolerated.
Environmental management training

Zhou Peiding, deputy director of the Human Resources and Administration Department, conducted training on environmental management. The training mainly includes four aspects: first, interpretation of environmental protection related policies and systems; second, production site management, combined with actual analysis of rainwater and sewage diversion, on-site emergency management and risk prevention and control, and paint room management; third, hazardous waste management; fourth, a brief discussion on the importance of corporate environmental management.

General Manager Hu Pinlong made a more thorough analysis and summary from the perspectives of personnel operation, responsibility management, rectification measures, etc. He expressed support for the "four musts" preventive management proposed by the Safety Department. He emphasized that all employees should always be aware of the potential safety hazards in each position, each equipment, and each operating procedure. Safety is no small matter. Safety is for better production, and production must be safe. Once any work conflicts with safety, safety must be the first priority. We must learn lessons, strengthen safety management, and do every work well from beginning to end. Finally, the general manager made the following work arrangements for safe production in 2023:
1. The annual goal is to achieve safe production without accidents;
2. Fully implement the safety production responsibility system, strictly implement safety production and environmental protection management, clarify the work responsibilities of leaders at all levels, adhere to the principle that management of production must also manage safety, strengthen the organization of safety inspections, and promptly resolve safety hazards;
3. Improve safety production rules and regulations so that safety production work has a legal basis, and determine key areas and key positions for safety management based on the actual situation of the company, adhere to the implementation of accident hazard rectification responsibilities, manage in place at each level, and rectify within a time limit;
4. In order to make safe production deeply rooted in the hearts of the people and everyone establish the safety concept of "safety first, prevention first", the production department should regularly hold safety production work meetings, the safety department should do a good job in organization and implementation, and use class meetings for safety lectures. Evaluate the possible safety risks in the production and manufacturing positions and product manufacturing process, and take effective preventive measures;
5. Strictly implement the safety inspection system. The safety department shall arrange safety officers to inspect the production sites under its jurisdiction at least once in the morning and afternoon every day. For any safety hazards found, the safety officers have the right to require immediate rectification;
6. Strengthen the use of safety production protective equipment and strictly use safety protection equipment. Strengthen personnel management, prohibit non-company personnel from entering and leaving the production site at will, and all personnel are prohibited from entering and leaving the production area without taking protective measures;
7. The technical system and process system shall explain to the workshop staff the safety issues involved in the production, processing, handling and installation of the product. On the basis of not affecting the performance of the machine, the product including the handling and lifting points on the parts shall be designed. The product manual shall be marked with safety instructions and maintenance instructions;
8. Safety production concerns every employee of the company, so all employees of the company must keep in mind that production work must be safe first. Once a safety accident occurs, or a dangerous source is found during the safety inspection, the relevant responsible persons shall be held accountable. The safety department shall implement safety work, and the administrative department shall implement safety regulations and systems.
