Drum screen

The drum screen is a mechanical device for graded screening based on the difference in material particle size. Its core structure is a cylindrical screen drum placed tilted or horizontally. The material rolls and disperses on the screen surface through rotation, realizing graded screening of materials with different particle sizes.

Adopting the rolling screening principle, the material rolls repeatedly in the screen drum, effectively preventing hole blockage and improving screening efficiency and accuracy; mainly composed of screen drum, drive device, bracket, etc., with compact structure and easy maintenance; the drum rotates at a constant speed, with small vibration and low noise, suitable for long-term continuous operation.
